These Terms and Conditions govern all photography and related services provided by TP Photo Studio (“Photographer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, submitting payment, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment
• All sessions must be booked through our official scheduling system or approved booking channels.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your session.
• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Prices, session lengths, and deliverables are listed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• TP Photo Studio reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund.

3. Late Arrivals
• Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without a reduction in price.
• Sessions delayed more than 15 minutes may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion.

4. Image Selection & Editing
• The photographer selects the final images delivered unless otherwise stated.
• Editing style, color correction, and retouching are consistent with the TP Photo Studio brand and artistic discretion.
• Additional edits, rush delivery, or revisions may incur additional fees.

5. Image Delivery
• Images are delivered digitally via an online gallery or secure download.
• Delivery timelines are provided at booking and may vary based on session type and volume.
• Raw (unedited) files are not provided.

6. Usage Rights & Copyright
• TP Photo Studio retains full copyright ownership of all images.
• Clients receive a non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
• Images may not be altered, sold, or used for unlawful purposes without written permission.
• TP Photo Studio reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to the session.

7. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for their appearance, preparedness, and cooperation during the session.
• TP Photo Studio is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to client tardiness, lack of preparation, or changes requested after the session.
• Props, wardrobe, and location access must be arranged in advance unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability
• TP Photo Studio is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or acts of third parties.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
• TP Photo Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during sessions.

9. Website & Scheduling System
• Our website and scheduling tools are provided for convenience.
• We are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control.
• By using our booking system, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

10. Privacy
• Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data is used solely for business operations and communication purposes.

11. Governing Law
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Minnesota.
